Martin Fry & Mike White are ABC in my opinion, the other two can kick rocks.

The Lexicon of Love was my very very first cassette I ever purchased as a teen back when it came out. I absolutely loved ABC. And I'm glad they showed the campy MV version of Look of Love because ironically, while funny, the high production cinematic version of the Look of Love MV was an absolute masterpiece IMHO. Such a great band, and Martin's pristine and laser sharp voice during his prime just cut through the airwaves like no other. So happy he is still singing as he still sounds tremendous.

David Palmer was also part of Person To Person, a band that released one album in 1985 called "Stronger Than Reason". It's a forgotten, yet tremendous and underrated album with production by David Frank & Mic Murphy (The System) and Steve "The Scotsman" Harvey.

Bands Reunited was a great show until VH 1 destroyed their content/ format. There used to be great ROCUMENTARIES AND GREAT CLASSIC ROCK programs. Thank you for sharing these videos. These are gems. Cheers!!!

I'm a hard rocker, metal head, started listening to Bowie and then branched out to other types of music. When videos were the way to know new bands this show was all night long playing videos played ABC so much I started to like them. Lexicon of Love i still love.

I was in my early 20s when ABC hit the music scene back in 82 when Lexicon of Love was released. I wasn’t a fan of pop music having played in a few rock bands in high school but admit AVB’s music was unique at the time and had a great dancing beat. I never bought their albums but appreciated their talent and creativity. 🇨🇦

Lexicon of Love is one of the best albums not only of the era, but it’s in my top 5 albums of all time. It stands out in complete contrast to most of the 80s music at the time. Martin Fry like a Bryan Ferry figure with a voice that seamlessly melds with the instrumental parts. It takes me back to the time and my teenage years. Loving this series even though it’s a few years old now. ❤
